DELIVERY COSTS

CANADA

Shipping is free for all orders of $85 and more (before taxes and after discounts) in Quebec and Ontario. Shipping is free for the rest of Canada for orders of $120 and more. Orders that do not meet this minimum will have a fixed price of $9.99 for Quebec and Ontario. For the rest of Canada, the shipping price will be calculated based on the weight of the order during checkout.

It is very important to verify the address carefully when placing an order. We are not responsible for fees incurred if there is an error or if you forget a detail (e.g., unit number) in your address.


DELIVERY TIMES

QUEBEC & ONTARIO

We have a standard order processing time of 1-2 business days following your purchase and a shipping time of 3 to 7 business days* depending on your area. There may be additional delays outside of our control on the carrier's side.

REST OF CANADA

We have a standard order processing time of 1-2 business days following your purchase and a shipping time of 5 to 7 business days* depending on your area. There may be additional delays outside of our control on the carrier's side.


When your order ships with the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

*Please note that there might be slightly longer delivery times during peak periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), product pre-sales, and during the holiday season.


FAQ

MY PACKAGE SEEMS LOST - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact the carrier directly (e.g., Canada Post) with your tracking number. They are the ones who can tell you exactly where your package is. If they inform you that they cannot locate it (which is quite rare), write to us at info@entreforetetriviere.ca, and we will assist you.


ARE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?

All shipping fees, including those for returns, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make an error in the address, the second delivery will always be at your expense (even if you qualified for free shipping on your first shipment).

It is your responsibility to pick up your package at the post office within the timeframe requested by Canada Post. If this timeframe is exceeded and the package is returned to us, it can either be shipped again (reshipping fees at the client's expense) or refunded (minus the return fees paid by ENTRE FORÊT ET RIVIÈRE).
