Return Policy
No Returns or Exchanges Due to the consumable nature of our candles (use alters the product), we do not accept any returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
Defects, Wrong Shipment, or Damage:
Report it to us within 48 hours of receipt at info@entreforetetriviere.ca, with explanatory photos.
We will offer a replacement or a refund after verification, if eligible.
Important:
Partially used, lit, or unboxed candles are not eligible.
No refund or exchange will be granted for purchases "on promotion" or for personal preferences (scent, color, custom label on the candle and/or packaging).
Refunds (exceptional cases only):
Processed within 10 days after the issue is confirmed by our team.
